TOPSoccer

The Outreach Program for Soccer (“TOPSoccer”) was formed to perpetuate the US Youth Soccer mission statement which is, in part, “to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of America’s youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition.” There are thousands of children with disabilities who need, and can be provided with, the opportunity to play soccer through the TOPSoccer program.

Cape Ann Mariners TOPSoccer is a joint program by Ipswich Youth Soccer, Masco Youth Soccer, and Hamilton-Wenham Youth Soccer.

This FREE community-based program is for children and teens with physical, emotional, or intellectual disabilities, ages 3-17.  The emphasis is being active, developing skills, making new friends, and having fun!  Organized locally by youth soccer association volunteers, TOPSoccer enables thousands of young athletes across the country to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family.
